Refunds & Returns
We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team by email within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll make it right. (Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased from our store: https://www.carplaysmartbox.com, we cannot provide after-sale service if you purchased from Amazon or other stores.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us at the email addresses above to apply the return or exchange service, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:
- Returns must be applied for within 60 days of your order.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Products with scratches or other damage will not be returned.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the freight. The specific cost should depend on the Courier company consumer choose.
- If the return is due to our mistakes (such as damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost. (The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt)
- Return Address: Please contact customer service by email for the return address (firstname.lastname@example.org) Thank you.
- If the product can not work with your car which is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
- The expedited shipping cost is an additional service and is not refundable.
- If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer needed (not the seller's fault). Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the total purchase cost.
- We'll notify you via e-mail or message of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- You will receive a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return with the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, and contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
- More than 60 days after the purchase day is not eligible for a refund under the terms of our program.
- According to the 12-month Warranty policy, if there is any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you. If the item exchange cannot resolve the problem, we will propose a return to arrange a refund.
- If 12 months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to contact us within 24 hours, please provide your order number and state the reason, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel is shipped. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept cancellation of your order.
